Voor bestellingen onder € 99, een vaste verzendkosten van € 5 van toepassing is.

Levertijd
Wij verpakken en verzenden bestellingen elke werkdag, het hele jaar door.

De levering duurt doorgaans 1–7 werkdagen, afhankelijk van uw locatie.

U ontvangt een trackinglink zodra uw bestelling ons magazijn verlaat.

Ruilen

• Elke extra omwisseling kost €5.

Retourneren
Wij bieden een 30 dagen retourbeleid vanaf de dag waarop uw bestelling wordt geleverd.

U kunt uw artikel op twee manieren retourneren:

• via onze zelfbedieningsportaal voor retourzendingen, of
  
• gebruiken uw eigen verzendmethode.

Let op

• A € 5 Retourkosten geldt bij gebruik van ons portaal voor retourneren.
  
• Geretourneerde artikelen moeten ongebruikt en in originele verpakking.
