Voor bestellingen onder €119 geldt een vast verzendtarief van €7,95.
Levertijd
We verpakken en verzenden bestellingen elke werkdag, het hele jaar door.
De levertijd bedraagt doorgaans 1–7 werkdagen, afhankelijk van uw locatie.
Zodra uw bestelling ons magazijn verlaat, ontvangt u een link om de verzending te volgen.
Ruilen
- Je eerste omruiling is gratis.

Retourneren
We hanteren een beleid voor retourneren van 30 dagen vanaf de dag dat je bestelling is afgeleverd.

The story behind it
Why I designed it
I’ve always loved the simplicity of a step-in harness – but I could never find one that felt just right. Either it was too stiff, too bulky, or simply didn’t look great.
So I decided to create our own. One that’s easy to put on, comfortable for the dog, and beautiful enough to match the rest of your gear – whether you’re into bold colors or soft neutrals.
What it took to get it right
Getting the fit and function dialed in took longer than expected. We tested multiple fabrics and closures before landing on this final combination: breathable padding, rust-free fittings, strong velcro, and a click buckle you can trust.
We shaped it to follow the dog’s body naturally – no rubbing, no restricting, no slipping. Just a really good fit that feels right from the first step-in.

Noa, de ontwerpster en eigenaresse van Staey, woont in Denemarken en heeft een grote passie voor het combineren van esthetisch design met functionele hondenaccessoires.
